Practices are after school in the Natatorium, and the team also participates in “dry land” workouts, which include building strength through running, weight training, and more. If you are looking to stay active throughout the winter, consider joining the swim team. There is no previous experience necessary, and the team is incredibly welcoming.

As a unique sport, competitive swimming is both an individual and team activity. Most importantly, it’s enjoyable, There’s nothing quite like the adrenaline rush of a race. The team offers endless enthusiasm, energy, and strong resilience in the face of challenges. If you are considering joining the swim team, do not hesitate—you will not regret it.
