Join Wellness Warriors to De-Stress!


The Tantasqua Wellness Warriors are committed to promoting mental wellness. Past activities have included yoga, painting, speakers on mental health, mindful coloring, creating music playlists, and recently, DIY mindfulness jars.

Wellness Warriors meets the first and third Thursday of the month after school in the School Counseling Office.
